two letters

Virgin: the world’s best passenger complaint letter
The complaint letter is talking about the food that serves on the air plane. In this letter, the author wrote the letter to Mr Branson. He tries to tell him that the food that serves on the plane is not the food that people can eat. He desicble the food as bad and ugly as he can, the custard is not look like the custard. When he saw those food, he felt up set and depressed, because he thought the food serves on the air plane should be the great food, they should be the one that people like to eat, no the one that when people see them and feel depress. Connecting to my life, I also had this experience before. When I took the air plane from China to the United States, before I saw the food that serves on the plane, I thought they are yummy and great, they should look very beautiful and attractive, and that should make me feel happy. But when I saw those foods, for get it; it is not the one I thought before. They are totally different, and they teast badly. I hope I will not try to eat these types of foods again.
Open letter to airline: we hate you by Ken Levine    
This letter that is wrotting by Ken Levine is talking about the air planes are always delayed. Those people who are waiting for the plane are stay inside the airline building. They usually don’t know where to go and where to ask people for help. If you don’t go to find out what happen, you just stay right there for a very long while. That is not a good serves for the airline. That may makes people feel helplessness and angry. That also makes the airline company lose their customers. I also don’t like the air planes to be delay, because I will stay right there for a very long period of time, that will makes me feel extremely unhappy. The planes delays that will make those people who are waiting for the plane go crazy inside the airport.
